Returns & Exchanges

If not, we will be happy to exchange or refund it to you, in accordance with our policy below.

 

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to obtain an exchange or full refund. Please note that to be refunded or exchanged, items purchased on our site must not have been used, be returned in the original packaging, and reach us in perfect condition.

 

• Return items in their original packaging, carefully packed to avoid damage in transit. Responsibility for returned items remains yours until they arrive at our warehouse.
• We recommend that you make the return by Colissimo post and keep proof. Please note that the cost of the return is your responsibility.
